Hi pingskills how does Andreas Levenko manage to stay really low all the time and why does he do so?

Hi Tam,

He obviously has strong legs.  Staying low helps with balance and also to generate power.

Would doing squat jumps help me achieve such leg strength?

Yes eventually but you need to build up basic leg strength first before going straight into squat jumps.
