I want to learn step backwards (light jump)- with the two legs. How to do it correctly?
Get someone to block the ball short and then long to you. You can even do this using Multiball.
To make the movement, make sure you are in a good balanced position to start with. Then jump back and forward with both legs at the same time. Like a frog jump.
