Strokes
How can I stop the ball from hitting my fingers when I play? I doesn't happen often, but when it does it often loses me the point.
Hi Leonardo,
I thin the main thing is to watch the ball carefully. This will give you the best chance to see the flight of the ball and track it all the way to your racket.
Also make sure that your finger is low on the bat. If it stays up to the middle of the racket the ball is more likely to hit it.

Does it help to consciously "aim" for the ball to hit more towards the middle/top of the bat? I feel like it helps a little but it's impossible to keep up after a while.
I think you can spend some time focusing on where the ball is hitting on your bat. You can do this as part of your On Table warm up. It will help to improve awareness.
