Stroke technique!!

Hi Alois.........

I play table tennis but my strokes are not correct............. I have practised playing the wrong stroke and can't manage to change the stroke..... CAN YOU HELP ME OUT,PLEASE????

Hi Venkatragavan,

Try doing it this ay.  Rather than thinking about changing a stroke, think about it as developing a totally new stroke.  I have found this frame of mind to eb the best for players in your situation.

So, forget about all the strokes you have ever played before and develop some new strokes.
