Dear sir,

I was a table tennis player. But now for approximately 2 years I was away for some reasons. But now I started to play. But my problem is that I can't play now how I used to play before.

So I kindly request you to give some advise to recover my game.

Thank You

Hi Abdul,

Don't think about recovering your game.  Just work at the game from where you are.  Often our memories of how we used to play are distorted anyway.

Just accept where you currently are and work hard.

If when you stopped you were still using celluloid ball and you restarted with the plastic ball, that is a difference that takes some time getting used to and requires some adjustments as well.
