it is very difficult to combine a forehand footwork and a backhand footwork?

it is because when i always spin my forehand and the ball bounces to my backhand i cant make a hit due to my lack of  footwork? or a lazy formation ?

thank you

GOD BLESS

Hi Paul,

You need to do a lot of switching practice.  Take a look at our free downloads section for Training Drills that you can use to help with this.

A lot of the time it will just be your positioning at the table.  If you are facing too far towards your forehand side with your right foot forward, then it will be more difficult to get to a good position for the backhand.  Try standing more face on to the table where you will be able to play effectively on both sides.
