hello sir!

i m a bit new to table tennis and a very fast learner of this game

my forehand strokes are good but i'm extremely poor at backhand shots

pls suggests something so that i could be good at it

Hi Randhir,

The first thing to do is watch the videos on the Backhand Counterhit .  It will give you a basic understanding of how to perform the stroke.  Make sure you keep it simple to start with.

The basics are to statr with your bat in front of your stomach and flat.  Then lift your bat up and forward.  You can finish with your bat at shoulder height on the right hand side of your body.

Watch the Backhand video a few times and see how you go with it.
