Hello.  Just bought a table for home, along with a robot.  I would appreciate some general advice for how best to use a table tennis robot to improve my game.  Many thanks.

Hi Alfredo,

A Robot is good for some basic learning of strokes especially a repetitive stroke.  Depending on the type of robot you bought you could also do some combination of shots.

I think if you try to think about what it is you want to work on and then see how the robot can help you to do that.  Be specific on the skill.

Let me know what you want to work on.

#26 - Serving with Placement

Just by placing your serve better, you'll be able to win more points. Think about what happens when a good server plays you. What positions do they serve to that you find difficult. Try serving to similar positions yourself. We give you plenty of time to practice serving with placement in this week's training session.
