Table Tennis Room Size

I am thinking of buying a table tennis table. What would be the ideal size of the room for play?

Hi Andrew,

The shed we use is 8m by 6m approx and we find it a good amount to play in.  You could get away with it being a little narrower but not too much shorter, depending on your level of course.
