Hi Danish,

There is one that is around $20 that I could recommend and that is the Lion 5 Star (SS800).  This is what we use on our PingSkills Rook bats.

You may want to try Tuttle Beijing IV which is not a tacky rubber like most other Chinese rubbers and its sponge is quite soft and bouncy.   Most importantly is it is quite light like European and Japanese rubbers.   It gives good speed, spin, and control.  The rubber surface is nice and a bit shiny.   For about $20 a sheet, it offers all you want, really worth your money.

This rubber is not that cheap.  I think it's sold for about $20 per one sheet. I have played with DHS Hurricane 3 Neo and TG Skyline 3 Neo.  Tuttle Beijing IV is lighter and feels more lively than both H3 and TG3 although it is not as spinny.  You will have to put it on a harder blade to get out the performance and you need to make a solid stroke.  It blocks quite well and with a slightly tacky top sheet, you can play an opening attack loop rather easily. IMO it's a good rubber for the backhand.

I think you should try the Friendship 729 rubbers as even the good ones are available under $10.
