Hi im George, im 16 and in college, i have been playing table tennis for a year now and i am entering an U19's tournament in a couple of months at my college, (there is no club in my area), i wondered what the most useful strokes i should master, to up my game. I would consider myself good and my forehand is consitent, but my backhand is a bit weaker,

Hi George,

I think it is important to get eh major strokes correct first.  That is the Forehand and Backhand counterhit, Forehand and Backhand Push and the Forehand and Backhand Topspin.

As you get closer to a tournament you can start to ficus more on the Serve and return of serve.
