What technique should be used for backspin strokes ?

Hi Mahdi,
Take a look through our Strokes & Technique lessons. There you will find lessons on the Backhand Push, Forehand Push, Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop. This should give you a good grounding in the backspin strokes.
