Hi,
I want to ask that which rubber is suitable for forehand butterfly tenergy 05 or tenergy 64 .

Hi Rishabh,
Mos too the top players use 05 in preference over 64 or any other type of Tenergy.
It seems to be a better quality rubber.

It can depend on your playing style, for example I attack on the backhand but others just use it for control. Have you seen this video from Butterfly explaining the different Tenergy's.
