Hi Irshad,
You have already made the first major step and that is realising there is tension in the forearm. Now you have to notice it during the game and focus on it. Every time you notice it what you can do is between points, tense the forearm as hard as you can and then relax it. You will start to feel the difference and realise the relaxation you can achieve.
