Equipment
Hey Alois
Have you ever thought about reviewing and testing different blades, rubbers and glues and videoing them to put on the website and YouTube.
Hi Trevor,
Unfortunately this would take another whole heap of time that we don't have.
Our philosophy is to help layers by improving their techniques and their skill levels in general. I think there are plenty of other sites that focus on equipment.
For us the equipment is not any near as important as your own ability. I often say, Waldner would beat me with a plank of wood.
Should you use a protective film to cover your rubber and add protection

Bit offtopic. (soory for that) But reading this reminds me of a tournament we have every year.
Were you get to play with everything except a paddle! Good fun to play with a bag of coockies, old shoe's, snow-spade, computer motherboard, remote control or trash bin etc. Good times! :D

So true. There are truly enough sites and forums where one can read reviews and tests of equipment, but in the end its about the players skills.

Alois... the Waldner comment made me laugh, but then I thought that he'd beat many people with the same plank of wood. You think he'd use kiso hinoki? I'd like to see him play with that actually... maybe a pingskills exclusive?
Bertus, I would so play in that tournament... I would love to see what a ps3 controller would do!
