What's the difference between a stiga 3 star ball and a regular training ball e.g a joola magic i don't notice any difference in a game

Hi Elijah,

Usually a training ball is softer and may not have as good a shape as a 3 Star ball.  Take a look at our lesson on Choosing a Ball.
