Hi Jeff and Alois

I am trying avoid passing the end line in my forehand counter hit and topspin, but I see that my strokes become slower and with less topspin.

How should I not passing the end line but having a strong stroke?

thanks,

Ayal

Hi Ayal,

For more speed and power you can rotate your waist and shoulders.  This means that the bat is moving further and faster.
