Hi Alois, when i practice the consistency of my stroke (Forehand topspin) is it normal that after a while of getting it practicing (lets say 20 minutes), that i feel strange with my stroke? like a few examples are: not hitting the middle, and it feels strange and also a bit of lack of spin, when that happens should i take a break for the day on that stroke or i should continue practicing it and just so you"l know i always hit it slowly on practice.

And also when that happens i gave it 1 day of a break and then played it again, and it goes more consistent.

What should i do?

Thanks for reading!

Hi Pasquale,

Keep hitting.  If you are starting to miss a few take a towel break, relax and practice it again.

#9 - Forehand Attacking Technique

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
