Hi guys

Could you please do a video response on the thumb and forefinger pressure for the forehand and backhand. A lot of information suggests a movement of the thumb on the forehand side.

Thanks

Hi Aaron,

Try to keep the grip reasonably similar on both sides.  On the backhand sometimes you can put your thumb up a little for more stability.

Whatever movement happens, it needs to be something that you can do very quickly when changing between the two sides.
