Strokes
should I hold racket tight or loose while smashing?
Hi Mahad,
In general you should hold your bat as loose as possible. This will allow your fingers and wrist to operate properly. Any extra tension in the fingers and writ will mean your strokes will be effected.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
