Hi Alois,

Recently i asked, you a question about "how to beat someone stronger than you" and your response is really a good help and i have improved so much because of pingskills and i appreciate your hard work for making us become a good player by becoming an online coach, i appreciate you for that, now this is my question.

I recently played table tennis at our school, I'm in training mode at that time, when i noticed my backhand topspin chop, push is much developed than my forehand, and i find it troublesome when i play with my friends because they always drive it toward my forehand side.  By the way i am right handed person, and i can't trust my topspin because it always goes out in the table which causes me to lose more and more points, but my pendulum and tomahawk serve gets it back but, i am worried in our incoming district tournament that i will lose easily because of this so please help me improve my forehand push, topspin, chop and smash.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Leonardo

Hi Leonardo,

I think the best thing is to watch the lessons on these strokes in our Strokes & Technique section.  It is important that you give yourself some time to work on these.  Even if you don't get them right for this tournament, keep working on them till you are comfortable with these strokes.
