Serving without holding the handle,does anyone in the professional tour do that apart from Tomas Polansky.

Hi Kwokching,
The grip he uses for his Pendulum serve is something that most players use by loosening the fingers on the handle and mainly gripping with the thumb and forefinger.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
