Coach

There is a video that you made on forehand topspin against backspin but i did not find any video on forehand topspin against push. It has been a problem for me playing topspin against push. Due to this i am not able to take advantage of my service because though i do a proper pendulum serve with lots of spin and my opponent can only push it back i am not able to open my attack or strike a finisher due to my inability to hit against a push.

Cheers

Hi Kailash,

The stroke is the same against backspin and push.  The main thing is to have a more vertical stroke to counteract the backspin and lift it over the net.  The more backspin on the ball or the push stroke, the more vertical you need to make the stroke.
