hi sir! I'm using penhold grip, I would like to ask if how can improve my topspin? if i'll use my topspin, the ball is not going to my opponent's table and the ball is always going to the net...

Hi Jonathan,

Make sure yo have the correct technique.   Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Topspin.  This will help you to get the action correct.  The penhold forehand does not vary much at all.  Take a look at our other lesson on the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.  This will also help you.
