Hi Aloise,

I have noticed many players returning backspin ball with, topspin by moving only their wrist very effectively. I tried it, but ball is going here and there. Can you tell me how to do it.

Hi Aasim,

It is best to use your arm as well because you will develop much better control of the ball.  If you only use your wrist it becomes a very risky stroke.
