hi Alois 

When I touch it always pops up and is too high.also I find it hard to get it short.when I touch the opponent smashes it.can you please give me some tips or make a video on touching.

Hi Liam,

Try to relax your hand on contact.  This will help you to relax right up your arm which will assist you in getting better touch.

Touch also improves with the more you play.  It gives you better feel for the strength of the shots you need to play.
