i seem to have done all the things that you'll have told about in your videos and lots of training and hard work but as i go into a tournament i always lose if my best performance in any tournament is that i have only been to quarter finals not more than that never has been. i seem to loose attention what do i do?

One suggestion I have is to invest in a digital video camera and to record your matches during a tournament. You will then be able to see all your bad habits which surface when you are nervous. And if you are aware of them, it is easier to look out for them and to deal with them next time. You will be amazed the things you pick out through the objective neutral lens of a camera as opposed to your subjective memory.
Even the best players lose sometimes...
losses are a great opportunity to learn.
