What is the correct physical training for the players of table tennis?
Hi Khaled,
There is a lot that you can do to improve your ability with Table Tennis.
I think though this is best done with consultation with an expert.
Table Tennis uses strength, power, speed, flexibility and endurance so you need to train all those aspects of fitness.
Listen to Alois talk about his training focusing on the crossover point and the excellent results he achieved. As a student of the game it is important that you think about the crossover point and spend some time practicing hitting the ball there.
