I am just begining to take table tennis seriously and I have a predicament when it comes to practicing. Usually I find myself playing with somebody else for a limited amount of time and in the rest of my time allocated for table tennis I am by myself. Are there any specific drills that only require one person, should I get a robot?, please advice

Thank You

Hi,

A robot can be useful when you don't have a practice partner.  Try not to rely on the robot too much though.

If you are in a club try to organise other practice partners or get some of your friends to play.
