Hi Abdullah,
Speed and consistency comes once you have good technique and can do the stroke well at slow speed. If you can do this, then you will be able to speed the ball up and still remain consistent.
So start with the ball going slowly and then speed it up. You may play 3 or 4 balls at a slower speed and then increase the speed in the rally each time. You will find that you will increase your consistency because you are wanting to get to the faster balls.

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
