Hi Alois. I just downloaded the training drills in your free downloads and I really found it useful. But there is just one question,do I have to master each drill to practice the next one or I can practice each one in a short time but do them in every session?

Hi Ali,

It is a good idea to vary the drills that you are practicing.  I would start with the simpler drills of one and 2 balls and then progress to the more complicated with 4 balls and the random drills.

It is more about getting the movements correct so it doesn't matter too much which ones you do.

#29 - Short Push Return

Do you want to win games? If so you must keep practicing your short push return of serve. This is one of the most critical shots in Table Tennis. The ability to execute this shot well will be the difference between you being an average player and a great player. It is that important. Make sure you go out and follow this session so that your short push becomes your secret weapon.
