HELLO COACH,

I have to train a TT team for interuniversity tournament (tournament on 25 Feb), where I'm the captain, my team mates have a good control but no footwork, no class and understanding of spin, please elaborate the procedure to prepare my team for tournament

Thanks

Hi Haris,

The most important thing is to get them enjoying the game and wanting to play more.

See if you can organise opportunities to train more often.  Allow each of them to do some drills and work on something specific that they can improve between now and the tournament.

We continue to work on your serve and in this session we concentrate on your placement.
