can u give me some tips to improve my footwork...specially when i turn from my backhand to take the forehand i hake a mis contact evrytime.i tend to hit the ball much later...when it is leaving my body.my friends say that this is because of my bad turning.please help!!

Without seeing exactly what you are doing I have a few suggestions.

Perhaps you are trying to turn too much with your feet which can be slow.  When you don’t have much time the idea is to turn with your waist which is a bit quicker and keep your feet quite square to the table.

If you have more time you can turn with your feet as well.

It sounds like you are running short of time which means that you are hitting the ball a little late.
