How do I train with a partner if all he wants to do is play and I want to practice my strokes.

I also want to know how Itrain practice my strokes when he only wants to rally. He gets angry with me when I finish him off and starts to play like he doesn't care. Cand you help.

Thanks, Evan

Hi Evan,

You can't force someone to train properly. You can talk to him about the benefits of serious training and try to encourage him. The other option is to find another partner to train with.

It is also possible to do some practice during games though this is not ideal. For example you can try and work on a particular stroke and use it as much as possible.
