Hi Alois, why does my upper arm muscle hurt ? Especially when doing the backhand topspin.

Hi Nathan,

This is common for a short time while playing the strokes.  Try to relax the muscle that is hurting while you are playing.  This will help.  This is only talking about temporary pain while you are playing a long rally.  The pain should not last longer than that.
