hi coaches,

i have been observing wang hao's serve what kind of serve is he doing?and how can you variate the spin in that serve?and how is it done?

any answers will be appreciated......

Hi Judah,

He does a lot of different serves and varies the spin a lot.  You need to watch the contact and flight of the ball on each one to tell what spin is on the ball.

Do you mean the reverse pendulum serve that's an easy serve. You know the serve you hit the ball with backhand.

The reverse serve curves from left to right coming towards you.  So you need to push the ball towards the right side of the table.

He uses a lot of variation on that serve.  There is a lot of variation in the amount of spin he is putting.

well not if you do it with the penholder grip

sorry but the reverse pendulm serve with penholder grip you do it in this little tutorial: you bruse the ball with the bh side of the bat. and you can also do variasions off it for example on top off the ball=side,top under=underspin,back and side off corse
