We have a video of warm ups in our Physical Warm Up lesson as part of our Training Secrets Revealed lessons.
The main thing is to get the body moving and the heart rate up when you are doing a warm up. It is similar to warming up for any other sport.
The penhold grip has a natural advantage when it comes to serving due to the increased wrist movement that is allows. However shakehand players can modify their normal grip to give them the same advantage. Learn how in this master class.
