I have noticed that my body takes some time to get warmed up. It actually takes at least takes 3 to 4 games for my body to get warmed up. I need some advice on how to get my body warmed up quickly.

Do an off table warm up before you start. Getting the body warm by jogging or stretching dynamically can help.

Hit the ball faster and with more consistency. That is what we would all like to do. In this week's training plan we present several drills to help you work towards this goal. Each drill starts of consistently and then you are asked to increase the speed while still maintaining your technique.
