My forehand is exceptional but my main weak point is my backhand.  I know most of the strokes which are played from the backhand but I don't use them even though i try to.This is why I am not consistent in my performance.  So,I will like to get a few tips so that I can improve my backhand and use it more frequently.

Hi Sarthak,

It is good that you are able to play the backhand strokes.

Now think about your position at the table. Often when you are forehand rented you will stand with your body facing your forehand side.  Try to stand more straight to the table and see if this helps.
