Should I wear ankles weights and wrist weight during practicing pingpong or should I wear them before practicing pingpong?
Hi Hai,
I don't think they are such a great idea.
You are better doing your weights session away from the table. Especially wrist weights are weighing your arm down whereas you want to improve strength and speed in the plane of the stroke rather than upwards.
After your physical warm up, you should start your on table play by getting your eye in and getting a feel for your strokes.
