What program can play the downloadable videos?

I'm having a hard time playing the videos I download from this site. I am a mac user and it doesn't recognize the .flv extension. Any ideas? thanks!

Hi Ryan,

Currently most of our premium member videos are in flash format (fly). To watch these we recommend using VLC Media Player. You can download this for free and it plays all of the popular video formats.

We are switching these premium members to mp4 format so that our users can easily put them on their iPhone or iPad. These will play natively on a Mac with Quicktime. VLC Media Player will also play these, it is an excellent program. 

For people who purchase one of our DVDs in download format, we offer that in 3 formats, mp4 for any users who are using VLC Media Player, wmv for Windows and a smaller sized download suitable for the iPhone.
