I love your web site.  You have wonderful training tools.  Thank you for all of your hard work.

My questions is when should I replace my rubber?  I have tenergy 05 on my fh and nittaku reforma on my bk.  I play around six hours a week.  How long will the rubber I play with retain their speed and spin.  Thanks,

 Derek

Hi Derek,

The rubber should last at least 6 months, probably up to a year..

One way of telling if the rubber is still good is to hold it up at an angle and see if you can see the impression of the pimples coming through onto the surface of the rubber.

Another thing is to rub your finger across the surface of the rubber to see if it is still gripping.
