To me it seems, Jeff is more Athletic and Alois is more versatile. So because of the age, i would probably bet on Jeff. But the older both get, i think because of the slightly more efficient movements of Alois, Jeffs advantage will shrink.
That is why I won't play him for another 10 years... at least...
