Match Strategy
I am going for Corporate Selection on 15.1.2013, Pl. give me some easy match winning tips, like service return, I am playing in too hurry and cannot control. how can I cope with this.
Hi Ved,
I think the best advice is to go out there relaxed and just work at doing your best for each point.
Serving is the first thing to focus on. Then focus on your return of serve. These are things that happen every point.
With your serve, think about serving the most effective serve against each opponent you play. Do the same with your return. YOu need to figure out for each opponent what that serve and return is.
After each point, take a breath and allow yourself a few seconds to think about what serve or return you are going to do next. This will help you to slow down.
If you stick to these basics you will do well. Good luck and let us know how the event goes.

Good tips are these ones I have here: 1 practice very hard. 2 Stay positive at all times. 3 Practice your breathing techniques of the court. 4 When playing use deep breathing to calm yourself. 6 Never let the opponent see you feel uncomfortable or get up set. 7 Always smile on the court. 8 Believe in yourself believe that your practice will pay off.
9 Put yourself in tight situations i.e. tournaments put yourself in winning positions time and time again so you get used to big crowds, big matches and the feeling of pressure. This help you feel more comfortable in all situations-occasions. Hope this helps you Ved.
What do you think Alois maybie you will have even more suggestions.
