Can you pls suggest me some tips on workout before a match, also i want to control my anger during match give me some tips to control that also.

Hi Shikhar,

Before a match you should make sure you are warmed up well both physically and technically.

Do some simple counter hitting and then some topspins.  Make sure that you do a lot of serving and return of serves and even play some practice matches so you are well prepared.
