Is there any physical training that can be done to improve the strength and snap of the wrist?
Hi Amit,
You can do some wrist curls with a small weight even a drink bottle. If you are really serious about improving your physical abilities, then go to a gym and get a program set for you.
During your last session before the tournament we throw away the usual training structure and spend 60 minutes of our session just playing games. It's the best way to prepare for your tournament.
