I never play with this rubber but, what i want to ask is, what's the different of every type of xiom ? There're xiom vega pro and xiom vega with country version what it mean ?

They are slightly different speed and hardnesses of sponge.  Not something that you need to worry too much about.

Xiom Vega Japan is the Best Rubber I have tried.  It has a little harder sponge but softer and more elastic topsheet.   Check out my review at http://www.nevilations.com/2/post/2013/05/xiom-vega-japan.html
