How many hours did you train where you began? and how many days?

I used to train a couple of times a week for about an hour or perhaps two but certainly not a lot when I first began. I used to hit the ball against a wall a lot.
Get the most out of your topspins by using spin and speed. If you simply hit the ball faster without any topspin, it will sail off the end of the table.
