How many hours did you train where you began? and how many days?

I used to train a couple of times a week for about an hour or perhaps two but certainly not a lot when I first began. I used to hit the ball against a wall a lot.
Learn why a serve where the second bounce is near the end of the table is so effective. Make sure you consider the depth of your serve when practicing or playing a match.
