How many hours did you train where you began? and how many days?
Hi Francisco,
I used to train a couple of times a week for about an hour or perhaps two but certainly not a lot when I first began. I used to hit the ball against a wall a lot.
In this training session you'll continue working on your consistency before focusing on developing a legal serve. Then we'll look at learning a fast serve and then improve your accuracy. We'll finish off the session with a fun game for which you'll need to know the basic table tennis rules.
