When i work more on backhand, I will loose my forehand and if i work on forehand,i will loose my backhand
Before 10 days i was only working on Forehand but when i use bh i miss the ball or i cant contact it correctly and vice versa
So i tried to work on backhand and forehand simultaneosly but i will loose my control on ball... so how can i keep my two wings working correctly and how can i improve my play... I will feel Very happy if u give a video response.....But give me correct solution........
Thanks in Advance.....
HI Khazi,
This is a common problem. When we focus on one side our thoughts go to that side including almost wanting the ball to go there. So our mindset changes. Some players also tend to shift their basic stance a little when they are doing this. So if you are focusing on the forehand a right hander will tend to shift their left foot forward a little.
The solution is to do a lot of switching drills while you are focusing on your strokes as well. Take a look at our Training Drills in our free downloads. In there you will find drills like the Triple Switch which is great for this.
Don't forget to work on your skills for a while before you expect big changes. Keep going you will get there.

Take a look as we show you how to play with the Penhold grip. We show you how to hold the bat right through to how to play the Reverse Penhold Backhand (RPB).
