Hi, coaches!

When I watch your videos, I see that you do strokes very easy and flexible. 

Do you use power and speed of opponent's shots?

Hi Ardak,

By being relaxed you can actually generate more speed and power because your muscles are allowed to relax and work in the correct way.  When you try harder you often develop tension in your muscles and they fight against each other rather than working together.
